Even though your child has been to the dentist before, he still has questions. This doesn't necessarily mean that he's scared or anxious about his upcoming appointment. Your child may not remember what happens at the office or he may be curious about what the dentist does. How can you answer his questions in a way that a child would understand? Try reading a picture book that features dentists or children going to the dental office.
You might think that a knocked out tooth is a lost tooth, but that's not always the case. If you act quickly, and correctly, you might be able to save that tooth. It's important to follow a few simple procedures. If you do this, you might be able to save the tooth.
